
(Patria) - Zagreb police have released details of a serious accident in which a 31-year-old motorcyclist died yesterday after weaving through traffic on Slavonska Avenue.
The Zagreb Police Department (PUZ) stated that the traffic accident occurred yesterday around 3 p.m., after the 31-year-old, riding his Kawasaki Z900, was weaving between lanes on Slavonska Avenue.
"On that occasion, the left side of the motorcycle struck the right side of a Seat Aron, driven by a 26-year-old, who was merging to the right," the PUZ stated.
They noted that the motorcycle was thrown sideways due to the impact and hit the curb, after which it continued moving uncontrollably until it stopped.
As a result of the impact, the 31-year-old died at the scene, and his body was transported to the Institute of Forensic Medicine and Criminology.
