(Patria) - In a serious traffic accident on the Bečej-Bačko Gradište road, a direct collision between two passenger vehicles resulted in three fatalities and several people seriously injured, unofficial sources from 192.rs report.
The investigation at the scene is still ongoing.
Firefighters from Bečej, Novi Sad and Srbobran, as well as several ambulance teams, intervened.
Firefighters had to cut open three vehicles to extract the injured.
Traffic has been halted.
