Stupčanica without a license, promotion/relegation playoff cancelled: Posušje remains in the Premier League

(Patria) - The Premier League promotion/relegation playoff match will not be played.

Although the two-leg match between Posušje and Stupčanica was planned for next week, the Second Instance Licensing Commission of the BiH FA denied the team from Olovo a license.

This means Stupčanica will not be able to play in the Premier League, and therefore the promotion/relegation playoff match will not be played.

Posušje remains in the league, thus becoming the last participant of the League 10.

From the next season, Rudar Prijedor will also play in the top flight, having finished third but receiving a license, unlike Laktaši, who are the winners of the First League of RS.

This outcome in the Federation could have been anticipated, as Posušje disbanded its team long ago and did not prepare for a potential playoff.
