Students and citizens gathered in several Serbian cities: In Novi Sad, the rally 'Garbage Falls - The People Rule'

(Patria) - Students and citizens gathered in several Serbian cities again this evening for protests for the fifth day in a row. Novi Sad assemblies called for the protest 'Garbage Falls - The People Rule', and gatherings were also held in Belgrade, Niš, Kraljevo, Subotica.

Novi Sad residents gathered this evening in front of the Rectorate on the University campus, at the invitation of citizen assemblies.

They started a protest march towards the court and the Prosecutor's Office to show support for six citizens accused of attempted aggravated murder, whose hearings began today at 4 PM.

This refers to an incident that occurred on Wednesday when seven members of the "Cobras" were attacked in front of the SNS premises in Novi Sad.

In Belgrade, bikers gathered in Voždovac because a member of a biker group was previously detained. The police withdrew.
