What are Bosniak ministers Konaković and Helez doing: When they spout nonsense, they come up with a solution - call Schmidt for help!

Do you know what a Bosniak minister in the Council of Ministers does?

He sits in the office... thinks... and comes up with: ‘Hey, you know what? Let me call Schmidt! He’ll do it better. Let him write or amend the law, let him order it, and I’ll just say: I support it.’"

And do you know what else he does? He writes orders. But listen to this — orders that don’t have to be carried out. He writes an order, sticks it on the wall, sends it to the media and says: Here, I ordered it!

The next day he has to embarrass himself further because no one took the order seriously.

And so he has a plan B, C and D... But plan A is always the same: Call Schmidt and the international community, let them do the work, and in the end he’ll say: ‘There, thank you, I was a constructive factor.’

Sounds like a joke, doesn’t it?

Unfortunately for Bosnia and Herzegovina, it’s neither a joke nor funny, but a drama with a very likely tragic ending for the state.

When they are elected and become aware of the high salary and the comfort of the chair, they comb their hair, promise all sorts of things, play wise and smart, and when everyone else in the state starts working, they pray to God to send them on sick leave, because that way the damage will be smaller.

We don’t need to waste too many words on Helez and his defence-humorous adventures; he has already wasted too much public space.

But another satirical-dilettante hero of this story stands out and media-promotes his political stupidity. Elmedin Konaković, for a long time the PR of the political project of former US Ambassador Michael Murphy and Bosniak quislings. For two years, this satirical political figure told us about the European path, consensus, agreement, a universal love and friendship between the Sarajevo Troika, Dragan Čović and Milorad Dodik.

At what a high level was the euphoria and how much it clouded the already quisling-like mind, that the Troika agreed to fake laws, all so that Murphy, the EU Delegation and the well-dressed Brussels scumbags could tell the poor Bosnian people a story about great successes and reformers assembled on the model of Nele’s surrealists.

And then the war started! No shooting, but that’s not excluded either.

What has long since fallen apart, if it was ever whole, is the orientation of the Sarajevo tricolors, who after two years of serving the interests of Čović and Dodik realized that the story “SDA is to blame for everything” wasn’t working, so they suddenly pulled the handbrake.

Inevitably, when pulling the handbrake in an unprepared scenario, a heavy tumble occurred that threatened not only the political but also, to a large extent, the security situation, i.e., the stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We’ll get them with a bulldozer, we’ll get them with an eraser, the front against Dodik is expanding, sanctions are coming... Konaković and his buddies imagined scenarios in which someone would save what they had recklessly pushed into trouble.

Time passed, Dodik’s strength did not crumble, Čović grew stronger, and the Troika wondered why the world wasn’t ready to start their bulldozer.

Today it is quite clear that the bulldozer is in the junkyard of political moves in this Bosnian dump, but the problem is that the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been brought into a serious crisis.

And so, one rainy Sarajevo day, Konaković sits in his office, reading a text from the Investigation about his godfathers and friends, when an idea dawns on him: “Well, Schmidt is the solution, why didn’t I think of that before.”

He calls his advisors to nod their heads at his nonsense, thinks he has come to the final answer, and goes to the media: “Let Schmidt amend the Law on the Council of Ministers, let him solve the situation,” Konaković says enthusiastically. Thinking to himself, “when the German finishes the job, we’ll boast to the people how we, unlike that Izetbegović and the SDA, broke Dodik.”

And he goes to Dubai to rest from this hard work!

As if Konaković and his buddies ever cared about the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. If they had, even when Schmidt usurped the political rights of Bosniaks, suspended the Constitution and wrecked the system, they would have refused to come to power in such a way. But they didn’t, because they are, were and will always be just Murphy’s kindergarten, immature for political challenges!
