Is the Belgrade scenario being prepared in Podgorica: Živković: Voters from Serbia and RS planned to be brought in for Sunday, evidence will be submitted to the prosecution The president of the Democratic Party of Socialists, Danijel Živković, stated at today's press conference that the authorities are planning to bring in a large number of voters from Serbia and Republika Srpska on election day in Podgorica.

He emphasized that this is not an attempt to raise tensions or spread disinformation, but that they have concrete data which they will forward to the prosecution.

"We have specific names. There are at least 3,000 of them, and there will be more. We have precise evidence and we will submit it to the prosecution," said Živković.

As he stated, these are people who are illegally on the voter list. He announced that DPS will not allow them to vote.

"The names of these voters will also be provided to the polling station committees," added the DPS president.

He pointed out that some of them have bought tickets and are arriving by plane on Sunday.

"But there is no need for them to come," Živković said.

He stated that the goal is to repeat the Belgrade scenario in the upcoming Podgorica elections, alluding to the events during the last parliamentary and local elections in Serbia when voters from RS were brought in en masse.

"This also happened during the parliamentary elections in Montenegro, only this time we have evidence. We are not speculating, we have specific names," emphasized Živković.

He underlined that now everything depends on the state authorities, and whether they will pay attention to this case or not.

"They will receive the evidence today or early in the morning," Živković stated.

According to him, the goal is for election day in Podgorica to conclude successfully and, as he emphasized, to defend the victory of the opposition, which is certain in Podgorica.

"There is no need for them to come, because they cannot achieve what they intend. We know we have an election victory. This is confirmed by polls and what we see on the ground," said Živković.

He claims that the parliamentary majority does not have enough votes to win.
"The opposition has enough votes to win in Podgorica," concluded Živković.
SNS in action through call centers and the "safe vote" campaign The Center for Democratic Transition (CDT) previously announced that they have reliable information indicating that SNS activists and officials are conducting a "safe vote" campaign in favor of one electoral list that will participate in the elections in Podgorica, which will be held on Sunday.

The portal E TV two days ago published information that SNS officials are allegedly training Andrija Mandić's activists. Namely, the coalition For the Future of Podgorica has formed a call center for the Podgorica elections, following the example of similar ad hoc lobbying centers of Vučić's party, whose people, according to the mentioned portal, have been training Mandić's activists for two weeks in preparation for the Podgorica elections.

Numerous voters from Podgorica have reported being called in recent days from two numbers from the M:tel network, and a polite female voice informed them about the importance of voting for Jelena Borovinić Bojović, the holder of the list For the Future of Podgorica.
E TV portal sources point out that the calls are being made from an office in Srpska kuća in the center of Podgorica, that IT experts from SNS have previously set up the calling and lobbying system, and that the operation is led by a person employed in the service of the Assembly of the Capital City.

Calling voters has long been a practice in Montenegro, through which significant political entities try to motivate their sympathizers to turn out for elections.

The Serbian authorities have devised a more advanced version of telephone lobbying. Vučić's party upgraded the function of call centers with various content in the last elections, thanks to data from personal and state registers, while the Serbian opposition accused Vučić and his party that their centers serve to buy votes. The E TV portal team tried to call the numbers from which Podgorica voters were contacted, but no one answered the calls.
