(Patria) - A traffic accident occurred on Zagreb's Cmrok on Saturday around midnight, in which there were no injured persons, but material damage did occur.
The accident was caused by a 23-year-old young man who was driving a BMW car with Zagreb license plates.
The investigation determined that the 23-year-old was driving the vehicle before acquiring the right to drive any category of vehicle independently.
In the last two years, he had already been legally punished twice for the same offense.
The young man was arrested and brought before the Municipal Misdemeanor Court in Zagreb, where he was sentenced to a fine of 2,970 euros by a final judgment.
The disputed BMW, owned by a 55-year-old woman, was permanently confiscated without compensation for the benefit of the Republic of Croatia.
