(Patria) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić stated today that Serbia has "no chance" to prevent the adoption of the Resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica in the UN General Assembly.
Vučić, at the Russian House in Belgrade, where he delivered a speech in Russian on the topic "Revision of Historical Facts and the Resistance of Freedom-Loving Peoples," accused the collective West of wanting to abolish the BiH entity of Republika Srpska by adopting this resolution.
He assessed that the next seven days will be "perhaps the hardest" since he has held the position of Prime Minister or President of Serbia, reports RSE.
- From Sunday evening to Monday, I will be in New York, where I will fight for the truth, knowing that we have no chance of winning - Vučić will consciously state.
He adds that he expected and believed that the draft resolution would be withdrawn.
- What we are defending and what we will not let them take are honor, Republika Srpska, and Serbia - Vučić said.
