War for SDA's Character: Whoever Survives Facebook Will Talk About the State!

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, nothing starts on time, but everything starts earlier than a normal person would expect. Thus, we have officially stepped into the election year 2026, although 2022 has not yet passed us by. The war has begun – not on the ground, not in institutions, not through politics (because that's for serious people), but on Facebook, TikTok, and at café tables in neighborhood headquarters.

The bullet was fired in the form of a name – Haris Zahiragić. On social media, he was recognized, "unprovoked," as a possible successor to Bakir Izetbegović, and at that moment, the stampede of "offended former members," forgotten cadres, crushed ambitions, and political zombies who have been running in place for years, hoping that the wheel of history would turn in their favor, began.

But it won't.

Old SDA cadres, politically dead today but still usurped by their own illusions of importance, decided it was time to "save" the party – by hammering another nail into its coffin. That salvation, of course, includes dirty deals with SDP, because "supposedly" – SDA and SDP together, that's like putting a lion and a hyena to share prey. They consider it pro-Bosnian. Of course, it is – if Bosnia is a zoo, and elections are a fight for the survival of the most corrupt.

In that package, Zahiragić and the young team are a nuisance. Not because they are incapable, but precisely because they are. They are not "connected," not "on credit," not "half-hearted" – and that can be a serious threat in SDA. Because when someone shows teeth and knows what they are talking about, they are immediately suspicious. Especially to those who would gladly have the person who can't even turn on their own keyboard without an assistant be in charge again.

The guerrilla war has begun. Facebook pages are popping up like mushrooms after false patriotism. Anonyms, semi-anonyms, bots, former operatives, agents, and currently frustrated members – everyone is competing to call whom a traitor, drunkard, drug addict, gambler... And we all know – when these labels come from within SDA, it's no longer a showdown, it's an insider conflict.

Kapidžić spoke up, short and clear – "Preparations have begun." He should have said, "Conflict is inevitable." Because what we are witnessing is not preparation, it is trench warfare within the party courtyard, where it is known that one fears their own more than the enemy. They at least know when they are shooting. Our own, from within, let you turn your back and then they strike.

The Čampare brothers, eternal political carpet-layers, are playing their game of chess with pieces that have long had no position on the board. After burying everything they touched – from NiP to parts of the judiciary – they are now digging tunnels back, looking for a new warm burrow. That's not politics, it's pure biology – survival of the species. Only Darwin didn't predict that evolution would one day be measured by the number of portals and café sources.

SDA branches are opening in Luxembourg and Austria. They say – for "information." We all know what that means. As always, our people in the diaspora will be the first to be exposed to "verified information" from Facebook, with all those audio messages starting with "I didn't want to say this publicly, but..."

And therefore, SDA – while there is still something to save – it's time for a purge. Not a political one. Not a vengeful one. But a logical, honest, and long-term one. It's time to break with "Facebook commanders" and "career patriots." Because if it's not known who the pest is, it is known who is not. And the answer to why the team that has shown wisdom, pro-state maturity, and intelligence is a nuisance is the best medicine for all those who want to return to the paths of old tender glory.

And let them attack. The more they attack, the better their results. Because 2026 will be the year when not only the government is chosen, but also character. Both in SDA and in the pro-Bosnian bloc, and in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

And the character, as far as we can see – is most possessed by those they bark at the most.
