Shooting in Serbia: Father and son killed, mother and other child injured

(Patria) - A father and son have been killed in a shooting in the village of Zavidince in the municipality of Babušnica in Serbia, and their mother and another son were injured, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.

As stated, most likely from a firearm, M. L. /69/ and his son M. L. /41/ died, while another son M. L. /44/ sustained a gunshot wound, and their mother S. L. /69/ a head injury inflicted, most likely, by a blunt object.

One person has been brought to the premises of the Police Station in Babušnica to establish the facts and shed light on the event, police say.

An investigation has been carried out by the public prosecutor of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Pirot.
