They devised, organized, and carried out a criminal offense

Rajko Kuzmanović, Srebrenka Golić, Džerard Selman, Siniša Karan are just some of the members of the organizational committee for the marking of the unconstitutional January 9th as the day of Republika Srpska.

Led by Milorad Dodik, the head of the group that organized to commit a criminal offense and which, as such, must be criminally prosecuted until the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina remembers that its job is to protect the constitutional and legal order of this country.

To be clear, there are other names in Milorad Dodik's group for committing criminal offenses, but we could not uncover them from the very scarce information about the committee's composition.

Therefore, they devised, organized, and carried out a criminal offense. Because the non-execution of Constitutional Court decisions, in accordance with Article 239 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, constitutes a criminal offense within the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We would say that Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić is on the move, but we already know that Kajganić will do nothing regarding another criminal celebration in Banja Luka. Therefore, it is up to those who intend to file a criminal complaint to file it against the members of the "Committee for Marking the Day of the Republic", because that body was organized and, in a coordinated action, prepared and carried out an event that violates the constitutional and legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

And it is clear that this is continuous legal violence that threatens the stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina and undermines the foundations of its order. Just as it is clear that the congratulations from Aleksandar Vučić, the arrival of his son at the commemoration, as well as the Speaker of the Serbian Parliament, along with fireworks and other iconography from Serbia on the occasion of January 9th, represent a direct attack on the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

There is no doubt that Vučić knows that this is a violation of the integrity and sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but he still states that he has congratulated it every year and will always congratulate the "day of Republika Srpska". Since it is undeniable that Dodik organizes his criminal group with significant diplomatic and political background from Belgrade, then the possibility of considering special and parallel relations between Republika Srpska and Serbia is entirely justified.

Because those special relations were given as a possibility for easier implementation of the General Framework Agreement for Peace signed in Dayton, and they have long since turned into a mechanism through which the Greater Serbian gang is trying to secede a part of Bosnia and Herzegovina and turn it into a Serbian world.

The right to special and parallel ties was given by the Dayton Agreement, but this right is limited by Annex 4 of the aforementioned agreement. Therefore, it is not nearly provided in the way that policies in Belgrade and Banja Luka have been abusing it for a long time.

According to the document that gave the right to establish them, these ties must not threaten the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the state. However, the practice has long been that they do exactly that and are abused in an attempt to realize failed war plans.

And that is why, first and foremost, the international community, i.e., the creators of Dayton and its consequences, must understand that the abolition of special and parallel ties between Republika Srpska and Serbia is one of the prerequisites for the stabilization of the Balkan situation.

There are numerous examples that can serve as an argument for this thesis, and the latest ones come with January 9th and its parallel marking in Republika Srpska and Serbia.

Abolishing these ties would greatly ease the relations between Sarajevo and Belgrade and allow Bosnia and Herzegovina to move into calmer waters. Because as long as Belgrade has the Dayton possibility to control the BiH entity, Greater Serbianism will be on autopilot, leading the post-Yugoslav space into a new, perhaps even bloodier armed conflict!
