Clothing and passenger motor vehicles without origin seized in the RC Tuzla area, worth 296,000 KM

(Patria) - Authorized officials of the Indirect Taxation Authority, based on operational and tactical work, temporarily seized a larger quantity of textile goods from a legal entity and passenger motor vehicles from a sole proprietor in the RC Tuzla area.

Based on available operational information about smuggled goods from Serbia and the operations of the legal entity, an inspection of the trade and origin of goods was carried out, during which 1,190 items of foreign origin were found for which legally prescribed documentation did not exist (clothing of the brands Tommy Hilfiger, Hugo Boss, Boss, Dsquared2, Diesel).

Also, based on operational information and knowledge, an inspection of the trade and origin of goods was conducted at a sole proprietor in the RC Tuzla area. On that occasion, 35 passenger motor vehicles were found that had no documentation of origin nor proof that they had undergone regular customs procedures.

The total value of the seized goods in both cases amounts to approximately: 296,000.00 KM.

Legally prescribed measures and actions have been taken against the mentioned individuals.
