(Patria) - An unusual situation occurred today during the presidential elections at a polling station in Rijeka.
Namely, a man came to vote and died, Nova learns from the State Election Commission, N1 reports.
The polling station is closed. It is waiting for the services to remove the body, after which voting will be possible again.
In the second round of the presidential elections in Croatia, by 11:30 a.m., slightly fewer voters had turned out than two weeks ago, data from the State Election Commission (DIP) show.
According to DIP data, by 11:30 a.m., 13.8 percent of voters had turned out at polling stations, while two weeks ago turnout was 14 percent.
