(Patria) - President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović has scheduled a new date for the Security and Defence Council session for August 28.
The President's office announced that the Council members will consider the same proposed agenda items as planned for the session scheduled for August 20.
Thus, next Wednesday, the situation in the Army of Montenegro in 2023, the use of units in international forces and peacekeeping missions, as well as the Ministry of Defence's proposal on appointments, dismissals, nominations, and promotions of officers in the Army, and other issues within the Council's jurisdiction will be discussed.
Let us recall, Milatović first scheduled the Security and Defence Council session for August 20, but due to the Prime Minister's office announcing that Milojko Spajić would not attend, he chose a new date.
