(Patria) - Croatian President Zoran Milanović believes that the country he leads should recognize Palestine.
- Why not? Did you know that several countries recognized Palestine, including Yugoslavia? Is it the only nation that doesn't have the right to a state? Do we have any debts to Israel?
One person who ran for president says that this should be consulted with the European Union.
The European Union has no idea about this. Three countries recognized Palestine by their own decision - said Milanović during last night's guest appearance on Dnevnik Nove TV.
