Mehmedović called on the EU and Bundestag to investigate Schmidt and Croatia for corruption

(Patria) - Šemsudin Mehmedović, SDA MP in the House of Representatives of the BiH PA, called for an investigation against Christian Schmidt and Croatia.

"Croatia is Qatar, and Schmidt is Eva Kaili – the EU must conduct an investigation after Konaković's admission about the scale of corruption in the case of the silent coup that Croatia carried out in FBiH through Schmidt by amending the Election Law and the Constitution of FBiH. Now Zagreb, through the Osmorka, is asking Schmidt to make new decisions – to "unblock" it. If this is not corruption, I don't know what is: Order Bonn powers from Schmidt! This is what Osmorka is doing now on behalf of Zagreb because they themselves admitted that it suits Zagreb," Mehmedović pointed out.

He called for mass resistance to its implementation, to prevent Zagreb from organizing, under the guise of Schmidt, changes to the Constitution of FBiH and a submissive and puppet government, with public admission from the ranks of Osmorka that Zagreb wrote the script and directed Schmidt's decisions and that the government should be formed according to Zagreb's rules and will.

"This is only the first step. The second is a call to MEPs and Bundestag members for the EU to launch an international investigation into corruption on the Croatia – Schmidt route: The EU must conduct an investigation after Konaković's public admission that Croatia lobbied for its interests with Schmidt: This is not lobbying but corruption, as in the case of Eva Kaili, the Greek MEP. Let's not forget – just as Qatar's interests were at stake, so are Croatia's interests in this case – in translation – these are legal solutions through which significant interests for Croatia are achieved.

The EU's investigation into corruption in the case of Croatia's participation in the amendments to the Constitution of FBiH should include Plenković and its member Croatia, its government, Christian Schmidt, and the head of the European External Action Service (EEAS), Angelina Eichhorst. It is unacceptable that a country that has been convicted by international courts for pretensions and aggression and UZP, and still by the same political party, and is also an EU member, lobbies for decisions that suit its great-state goals – this is a disregard for the judgments of the International Court of Justice in The Hague by the same policies that have been accused and convicted.

If this is not done, the path is open for Russia and Serbia to meddle in the same way in the amendments to the BiH Constitution and, following the recipe of Russia's interference in the US elections, to interfere in the elections and constitutional solutions for BiH. Therefore, it must not be allowed for the government in the Federation to be formed according to the lobbied decisions of Zagreb, which it realized through Schmidt," Mehmedović stated.

We remind that Konaković told Face TV that "the imposition of Schmidt's amendments is actually the result, first and foremost, of the cowardice of the leaders in Neum, and I will repeat it once again, who were, well, they didn't want us to go for much better solutions than what we got, and of course, the result of serious diplomacy of the Croatian state and HDZ BiH, Čović, Plenković and the team did serious lobbying and got what they actually, what suits them, but Schmidt and his legal team perhaps did not delve enough into it, and we got a blockade. Now we need to get out of this, he stirred it up, let him not be angry, we expect him to unscramble it."... "We are waiting for Schmidt, we are waiting for him to unscramble this situation that he tangled up."

"Is Konaković asking for this 'unscrambling' from Schmidt on behalf of the Trojka, or is Zagreb doing it through the Trojka? Is Schmidt being ordered now through Zagreb's players in BiH. Call Schmidt and order amendments to the Constitution and Bonn powers! This is not just a supreme admission but also crown evidence from Osmorka, Šestorka, Trojka, Konaković that Zagreb is forming the government according to its will and goals in the Federation, and this must be stopped. If Konaković and Osmorka do not mind forming the government in the Federation according to the rules of the game from Zagreb, then they have consciously turned the Federation into Fikret's autonomous region. Perhaps Konaković, on behalf of Osmorka, only wants to say that they have Zagreb's protection, and was someone in Trojka in secret cooperation with Zagreb – judge for yourselves?

I emphasize that Konaković called "cowardice of leaders" what is generally known: not to agree to Zagreb's and Čović's blackmail to sign the election law solutions that suit them, because Čović and Zagreb would not have accepted anything less. He did not accuse Čović and HDZ and Zagreb of unacceptable demands, but the Bosnian "cowardly leaders" who did not fulfill these demands. This raises suspicion that someone from Trojka is directly connected to Zagreb, and the others are "cowardly leaders". Therefore, the EU, while investigating corruption on the Zagreb – Schmidt route, must investigate who from Trojka is Zagreb's Trojan horse in Trojka because, after all – Croatia is an EU member, and all this affects the reputation and image of the EU," adds Mehmedović.

If an EU member has its Trojan horses in BiH among Bosnian parties and if it openly does what Putin is accused of in America – then the EU has a lot of work to do in investigating corruption in this case.

"Serious diplomacy of the Republic of Croatia, as Konaković calls it, or acceptance of Croatia's diplomatic aggression by Konaković and Trojka and Osmorka? If Zagreb imposed its solution through Schmidt, and if Konaković publicly admits it – why agree to the establishment of government dictated by Zagreb?

Putin wanted to change the Constitution of Ukraine – Croatia, as an EU member, organized the change of the Constitution of FBiH. We remember the case of Russian interference in the US elections, statements by Clinton and others. This is a similar case, only much, much worse: What Russia tried regarding the US elections, Croatia has succeeded in the long term regarding the election law in BiH. And it is not stopping there until it gets two electoral units, indirect election of the members of the Presidency, and a legal basis for the restoration of the third entity," emphasizes Mehmedović.
