What are the prices of apartments in the largest cities in Serbia?

(Patria) - The highest average prices for older apartments in central city municipalities of Belgrade are in Stari Grad, and for new apartments in Savski Venac, and the lowest for both older and new apartments in Rakovica.

This is shown by data from the Serbian Republic Geodetic Authority for the fourth quarter of last year.

A square meter of an older apartment in Stari Grad cost an average of 3,423 euros, for a new apartment in Savski Venac 4,784 euros, and when it comes to the cheapest Rakovica - a square meter of an older apartment was worth an average of 1,865, and for a new one 2,321 euros.

When it comes to larger cities in Serbia, Belgrade leads in prices, where a square meter of an older apartment was worth an average of 2,312, and for a new one 2,462 euros.

Novi Sad follows with an average price of 2,089 euros per square meter for older apartments and 2,057 for new ones.

A square meter of an older apartment in Niš in the last quarter of last year was worth 1,364, and for a new one 1,774 euros.

In Kragujevac, older apartments were worth an average of 1,132, and new ones 1,429 euros per square meter.
