Will the "Trojka" ministers show their commitment to BiH's European path by voting on the Information from the illegal agent Mijić!?

It is difficult, no matter how hard one tries, to find anything legal in the actions of the self-proclaimed agent representing BiH before the European Court of Human Rights. For months, Monika Mijić has resisted the rule of law and normative acts that define that no one can be an acting official more than twice, and she has been counted up to seven times.

Mijić, an essential agent of the Croatian Democratic Union's interests, should present an Information on the anti-European campaign under the flag of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Strasbourg tomorrow, if the session of the Council of Ministers of BiH is held.

Then, for the interests of the HDZ, and supported by the senseless policy of the "Trojka" and its partners, Mijić led a delegation with the aim of overturning the "Kovačević vs. BiH" verdict. The illegal Mijić thus illegally overturned a verdict that, if it survives all lobbying, can pave a stronger European path for us than all the half-hearted laws that the "Trojka" has put together with Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović.

The political representatives of the "Trojka" (Zukan Helez, Elmedin Konaković, Sevlid Hurtić, and Edin Forto) in the Council of Ministers were not even deterred by the opinion of the Office for Legislation that Mijić is illegal, yet they allowed her to do what the HDZ ordered.

On Thursday, if the session is held, the listed representatives of the Sarajevo "Trojka" have the opportunity to show whether they made the initial mistake with Mijić out of negligence or premeditation. If her information about the Strasbourg campaign is accepted, it is clear that the "Trojka", supported by Hurtić, has helped the HDZ's plans with premeditation.

Essentially, this means that all the talk that Konaković, in particular, is feeding us about the European path is just cotton candy to gain cheap political points, while the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina is being pushed towards the solutions of the HDZ and SNSD, according to which the air in Herzegovina is Croatian, and the air in Banja Luka is Serbian, so only from those regions can so-called legitimate representatives of those peoples come.

There have been too many strategic mistakes by the "Trojka", and they have rarely had the opportunity to rectify the situation.

Who enjoys apartheid and discrimination, Professor Senadin Lavić once asked. The answer seemingly is - Dodik and Čović, but if we look more closely at the whole story surrounding Mijić, the appeals against the first-instance verdict "Kovačević vs. BiH", and the later participation of the entire entourage that supposedly represents the state of BiH against Slaven Kovačević, and in essence all HDZ members, it is not difficult to conclude that even within the "Trojka" there are those for whom apartheid and discrimination are not an undesirable state.

Their cadres in the Council of Ministers have the opportunity to prove otherwise. Tomorrow, or whenever the session of the Council of Ministers with that item on the agenda is held. Voting against Monika Mijić's Information is a question of statehood and stability in European endeavors. The opposite means total devotion to the proponents of apartheid and discrimination!
