Janković arrived in Belgrade to support Vučić

(Patria) - Mayor of Ljubljana Zoran Janković arrived in Belgrade today to support Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and his list ahead of the local elections.

Janković attended a pre-election rally of the SNS and coalition parties gathered around the list "Aleksandar Vučić - Belgrade Tomorrow".

He said he was proud to be in the capital of Serbia with his family today, as Belgrade and Ljubljana are twin cities.

- Today I am here in Belgrade with my family, I was at the convention in Kragujevac, it was an exceptional victory, and on Sunday I will celebrate that victory with you.

Good luck on Sunday! Belgrade and Ljubljana are twin cities, I am particularly proud of that since we were the second city to do so with Belgrade - said Janković.

He points out that he is particularly proud that Belgrade was chosen to host the International Exhibition "Expo 2027".

- That is Belgrade tomorrow, Serbia tomorrow. It is something incredible, how one city, one Belgrade, defeats cities from Europe, America, Asia.

It will take a lot of effort and work, but I guarantee you, having attended several "Expos", that the "Expo" in Belgrade will be the best.

Because you know how to work. You know that for me Ljubljana is the most beautiful city in the world, but Belgrade, with the speed it has started, with "Expo", will be in the same league as Ljubljana.
