(Patria) - The President of Israel, Isaac Herzog, will be on an official visit to Serbia tomorrow, it was announced from the cabinet of the Serbian President, Aleksandar Vučić.
Herzog and Vučić will hold a bilateral meeting, after which a meeting of the two state delegations, led by the presidents, will follow.
It was also announced that Herzog will participate in a roundtable discussion on the topic "Synergy in Innovations, Serbia and Israel Talks".
Herzog is visiting Serbia amidst the war that Israel is waging in the Gaza Strip against the Palestinian Hamas.
Vučić previously stated that Serbia "clearly condemned Hamas's incursion at the beginning of the conflict, but also made it clear that it is against the killing of civilians and medical personnel".
He spoke by phone with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in February of this year, and the topic was "further improvement of bilateral relations".
