(Patria) - The General Secretariat of Interpol has issued an international warrant for Radoje Zvicer (42), a Montenegrin citizen and leader of the "Kavački clan" accused of drug trafficking.
Zvicer is suspected of importing 83 kilograms of cocaine from other countries into Austria, as a leading member of a criminal organization.
He is suspected, together with accomplices, of organizing a smuggling chain, according to the Austrian police website.
The warrant was issued at the request of Austria, which had previously issued a national warrant for Zvicer.
Zvicer, it is stated, organized the delivery of narcotics that were sold in Vienna on his behalf.
Several Austrian police officials have spoken about Zvicer, labeling him as one of the most wanted criminals in Europe.
