(Patria) - The property of former BiH Security Minister Nenad Nešić has been permanently confiscated in Montenegro.
The Special Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro announced that the panel of the High Court in Podgorica, by decision Kvs no. 397/25, dated December 16 this year, rejected as unfounded the appeal filed in favor of the accused Nešić, for the extended criminal offense of money laundering, and his wife and brother M.N. and P.N.
The appeal against the decision of the investigating judge of that court of March 17 this year, by which, at the proposal of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, a temporary security measure was imposed on their real estate due to well-founded suspicion that it was acquired through criminal activity, was rejected.
"Thus, the permanent ban on disposal has been imposed on the accused regarding two luxury apartments in Tivat, with areas of 163.55 and 182.46 m2, with two garage spaces, on his wife regarding an apartment in Budva, with an area of 74 m2, with a garage, and on his biological brother regarding a construction plot of 1,395 m2, in the place of Buljarice, with the registration of all prohibitions in the real estate cadastre," announced the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
