GRABBY AUTHORITIES Nikšić(s) 'set their sights' on passive sub-balance, was Džafić dismissed because of this?

The public in BiH remained quite indifferent to the news that the Privatization Agency of the Federation of BiH intends to sell the property Vila “Bosanka” owned by Željeznice Federacije BiH, which is located in an attractive location in Gradac, Republic of Croatia.

The authorities in the Federation of BiH, stopped by a Constitutional Court decision in their intention to unconstitutionally rezone land (until the adoption of the Law on State Property), have turned to the passive sub-balance, the value of which no one knows with certainty, but it is certainly known to be a 'grey zone' (far from sight, but close to hands).

Vast assets are far from public view, but the FBiH Government, with particular attention, according to well-informed sources, is reviewing the shares of the passive sub-balance. Željeznice FBiH has a lot of such assets (Zvekovica Railway Station above Cavtat, as well as villas in Cavtat, Gradac, Dubrovnik Railway Station, and many others), and it is worth mentioning that the Government of the Federation of BiH, back in 2014, gave consent to the Privatization Agency to sell the Vila “Bosanka” facility. That was the year when Nermin Nikšić was also the Prime Minister. However, the plan was not realized then.

This is the second attempt, after they apparently found a way in Croatia to lift the bans, as such assets are certainly under a ban.
Because, it is absolutely clear that this is also state property.

Now, it is being talked about more and more that Enis Džafić, the director of Željeznice FBiH, was not dismissed from this position because of the railway in Jablanica, but because he resisted such desires of Nikšić (read Elvedin Grabovica) and the FBiH Government.

It is already an open secret that Elvedin Grabovica, who is rumored to be involved in apartment construction in Croatia, has an exclusive and significant influence on Nikšić.
Why is the trade union of Željeznice FBiH silent, which did not react to Džafić's dismissal, nor now when it has been announced that assets are being sold, is another unanswered question. Because, we don't even know if Bosanka is registered to 'Željeznice' yet, which is one of the first conditions for it to be sold.

Otherwise, the FBiH Government first tied Džafić's hands by ordering Autoceste FBiH to devise and lead the plan for the reconstruction of the railway in Jablanica, and then a month later, at a session to which Denis Lasić, the director of Autoceste, was also invited, dismissed him. Lasić did not respond to the Government of FBiH's invitation, nor did he send a replacement to the meeting, and his role in the railway renovation was not even problematized. In the end, the railway will be repaired by the Turkish company Cengiz completely free of charge.

But, this offer came only after Džafić's dismissal.

Hence the suspicion that the real reason for Džafić's dismissal is completely different from what was explained by the FBiH Government.

Vila “Bosanka” is located on an area of 336 square meters with an associated land of 664 square meters.

The facility consists of a basement, ground floor, and first floor, and is built on a rocky part directly on the seashore 1.3 km from the center of the settlement. The building was constructed in 1952 and was intended for workers' rest. There are 9 rooms spread across two floors, the ground floor and the first floor.

In 2016, the Agency estimated the value of the facility at 342,200 euros. At that time, it concluded that the facility is located in a spatially favorable and attractive location.

The potential sale of 'Bosanka', according to experts, is a pilot project for the rest of the passive sub-balance (some strange techniques for lifting bans). This pilot project will also be applied to other assets, especially those owned by companies in Sarajevo Canton such as VIK, PARK, ZOI' 84, and many others, where the Trojka - SDP, Naša stranka, and NIP - reigns supreme.

Do we then have the right to ask what the difference is between the imposed government of Trojka and Nermin Nikšić in FBiH and the secessionist government of Milorad Dodik in RS. Both have a fondness for state property and the sub-balance, especially if it serves private interests.
