Parking space in Belgrade sold for a whopping 63,000 euros

(Patria) - The most expensive parking space in Serbia was recently sold in the Belgrade municipality of Stari Grad, for an incredible 63,000 euros.

This data was published by the Serbian Republic Geodetic Authority on its X account, writes Nova.rs.

The sale was completed in the fourth quarter of last year, but it was not disclosed where exactly it is located or its size.

Whatever the case, it is clear that the price is astronomical and that in some parts of Belgrade, an apartment can be bought for that amount of money.

Incidentally, this is the most expensive parking space sold in Serbia to date. The previous record was held by Belgrade Waterfront, where one was sold for 48,000 euros.

Considering the prices in that part of the city and the fact that the area is considered a luxury settlement, the data was not a huge surprise for some of the public.

Incidentally, the record for the most expensive apartment sold in Serbia is also held by the Belgrade Waterfront settlement. In that exact location, a buyer paid 2.22 million euros for 346 square meters, which is about 6,415 euros per square meter.

Although this is the most expensive apartment, it is not the most expensive square meter. Namely, the most expensive square meter, in an apartment of 151 square meters, cost 9,475 euros, and the new owner paid a total of 1.43 million euros for the entire property.
