FGR, TV SA and Kulanić in an operation to neutralize the monuments of the Army of RBiH's struggle against the aggressor, why do the sight and lily bother them!?

The fine city elite of Sarajevo, which controls the public and political life of this city, has long had a problem with the legacy of the defensive-liberation war and the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. And while the president of Our Party called the heroes of this city and country peasants, NiP and other stalwarts of the Three have tried to distance themselves from the majority identity of these fighters over the past year.

To be clear, they tried to mystify the symbol of remembrance of the heroic struggle of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and instead of the sight as a stone of eternal remembrance of these heroes and the lily, they tried to impose upon us dashes in the form of nothingness that do not associate with anything.

This is the work of NiP's director of the Sarajevo Memorial Center (formerly the KS Memorial Fund) Ahmed Kulanić, who, at the time of the appearance and promotion of the new logo, justified that he did not know that this logo had seen the light of day, that some commission should decide something... And all this would be fine, if we hadn't discovered by accessing his Facebook profile that Kulanić had already posted the new logo on his profile in its complete form with his signature.

Under pressure from associations originating from the defensive-liberation struggle and the media, Kulanić retreated, and the creation he tried to push on us fell into oblivion.

However, that FGR will never give up on trying to turn us into a faceless mass, even those most deserving of having a country, was proven this morning by Television of Canton Sarajevo.

And Ahmed Kulanić is here again. Admittedly, as a guest on TV SA's morning show “Sarajevsko jutro”. And someone at that television decided to sneak Kulanić's “withdrawn” logo to us at dawn.

From the 12th to the 16th minute of the mentioned show, the large logo of the small project initiators of the attempt to forget who we are and what we are stood on the screen alongside the guest and the host. Whether it was incompetence on the part of someone in the production, an agreement between Kulanić and the management of TVSA (a dangerous combination of NiP - Our Party), it remains for those responsible to inform the public.

But, today it is absolutely clear that Kulanić did not launch the new logo, which means nothing to anyone and which angered all veteran and other associations, as well as a large number of citizens, into the public domain by accident or clumsiness. It is clearly an attempt to impose an identity of remembrance according to the compromise model of the ruling Three.

In translation, while cockades walk around Banja Luka, t-shirts and other insignia with the images and misdeeds of Mladić and Karadžić are worn, while their criminals are promoted in the south, we in Sarajevo and in the area defended and liberated by the Army of RBiH should have monuments and symbols on par with the UN and various associations and organizations for the protection of dogs, non-binary people, and whatnot.

Because, what Kulanić tried to impose on us, and Television Sarajevo broadcast on the screen this morning, is clearly a symbol of nothingness. Nothing that would associate with the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, one of the most honorable armies that fought on the soil of Europe.

The fact that Ahmed Kulanić did not react during the three and a half minutes that the false logo of the institution he leads “stood” indicates that everything is very likely part of a broader plan for a new attempt. Therefore, it is time for associations originating from the past war, as well as the wider social community, to get involved and remove the person who should be teaching our children about the history of our struggle, but who does not want to do so under our symbols but under mystified ones.

Responsibility must also be sought from those in the chain of operations of TV SA responsible for such an oversight. I only hope that the do-gooders will not interpret this as pressure on editorial policy, because this is not that. This is pressure on treacherous policy, which wants to make us a neutral identity, just as the communists made us for 50 years.

It will not and must not pass, patriots of Sarajevo and Bosnia and Herzegovina must rise up and protect their heritage, which they have the right to and must be proud of.
