Epilogue of protests in Serbia: 56 persons brought in, 32 detained in police custody, most in Valjevo

(Patria) - During yesterday's public gatherings in Serbia, a total of 6 police officers were injured, 56 persons were brought in, 16 persons were detained on reasonable suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of violent behavior at a sports event or public gathering, while misdemeanor charges will be filed against 35 persons, the Serbian Ministry of Interior announced.

In the Police Administration for the City of Belgrade, 27 persons were brought in, one person was detained, and misdemeanor charges will be filed against 22 persons.

In the Police Administration in Valjevo, 29 persons were brought in, 15 persons were detained, misdemeanor charges will be filed against 13 persons, and 6 Gendarmerie police officers were injured, all with minor bodily injuries.
