(Patria) - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konaković, at the invitation of the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia Gordan Grlić Radman, will participate in the International Conference "Dubrovnik Forum 2024", which will be held on 28 and 29 June 2024 in Dubrovnik.
The international gathering in Dubrovnik this year is held under the slogan "Dangerous Straits and Safe Passages".
On the first day of the Forum, the Minister will attend a gala dinner hosted for the participants of the Dubrovnik Forum by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenković.
Minister Konaković is scheduled to participate on Saturday in the opening of the 17th edition of the Dubrovnik Forum and the leaders' panel taking part in this conference. Afterwards, within the framework of the Dubrovnik Forum 2024, a trilateral meeting will be held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Elmedin Konaković, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Hakan Fidan, and the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia Gordan Grlić Radman. The meeting will discuss the political situation in Southeast Europe and plans and cooperation in the trilateral format. After the meeting, Ministers Konaković, Fidan and Grlić Radman will hold a press conference.
On the margins of the Forum, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina will, in separate meetings, meet with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Hakan Fidan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, the EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue and the Western Balkans Miroslav Lajčak, the Assistant Secretary-General of the UN, Assistant Administrator of UNDP and Director of the Regional Bureau for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Ivana Živković, and the representative of five national minorities in the Croatian Parliament Armin Hodžić.
