(Patria) - US Secretary of State Marco Rubio commented on the current political crisis in Bosnia and Herzegovina, stating that the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, undermines state institutions.
“The actions of the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, undermine the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and threaten its security and stability,” Rubio wrote on his X profile.
He added that the US encourages political leaders in Bosnia and Herzegovina to engage in constructive and responsible dialogue.
“We call on our partners in the region to join us in opposing this dangerous and destabilizing behavior,” Rubio concluded.
