(Patria) - On the A3 motorway near the Bošnjaci rest area on Tuesday at around 12:10 PM, traffic police stopped a 42-year-old Kosovo citizen who was driving a Mercedes with German plates at a speed of as much as 224 km/h in a section where the limit is set at 130 km/h.
This speeding cost him a total of 660 euros in fines, and he was also issued a protective measure banning the use of his foreign driver's license in Croatia for a period of one month.
In addition, the driver earned three penalty points, the Vukovar-Srijem Police Department announced.
