While Dodik is slapping the state, the Three are touring continents: The destroyer of the constitutional order is being dealt with by Grandpa Ramo

Institutions will respond, the state is strong, citizens should not be afraid, Milorad Dodik will be held accountable, there is no need to provoke conflict, let's keep a cool head. These are all messages that have been more or less uttered by the leaders of the Three parties in the past two months, since the ruler in the BiH entity of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, with the majority in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NSRS), began dismantling state institutions, the judiciary, and the constitutional order of BiH in front of the domestic public and the international community present in BiH.

Since March 7, when the Constitutional Court of BiH suspended the laws adopted in the NSRS until a final decision, the leaders of the Three have been sending messages that there are no negotiations with Dodik, that the laws are not valid, and that the situation is becoming more complicated every day.

Two summons for questioning, an internal warrant, detention, and the rejection of an Interpol warrant were attempts by the BiH judiciary to deal with the destroyers of the constitutional order. And instead of seeing him with handcuffs on his hands, Dodik is seen daily. On TV, crossing borders. Serbia, Israel, Russia, entering and exiting BiH, like a conveyor belt. No one stops him, and no one arrests him.

To demonstrate in theory his claim that only those who can enforce their laws are strong, Dodik deliberately came to Lukavica. The announcement of this visit was known 24 hours in advance. He did not come stealthily or in the dark, but in broad daylight with an armed escort. In front of the building, security was reinforced with armed and ready members of the RS Ministry of Internal Affairs units to protect him. Several SIPA inspectors arrived at the gate. The plan to serve Dodik with an arrest warrant and bring him in was thwarted at the very beginning. SIPA withdrew, and Dodik continued his visit. He spent the night in Lukavica, only a few hundred meters from the SIPA headquarters, where, according to the laws of this country, he should have been. But he wasn't.

During the same period, statements for the public were coming from the Three. Brief, short, more directed at the opposition in the Federation of BiH than at Dodik himself. We don't know who signed them, nor if the leaders of the Three have met. There have been no joint press conferences for a long time. No finger-wagging and reading theses from paper. In those same days, while the state was being tested and failed, Edin Forto and Nermin Nikšić were in distant America. Zukan Helez and his deputies are also there. But it's as if they didn't meet on the way. Different meetings and tripartite statements are coming from the Ministry of Defense of BiH. It's as if they deliberately went to show how BiH functions, especially in the last two months. Each for himself, until we get somewhere.

Elmedin Konaković is also not in the country these days. He is on vacation and is outside BiH.

And so, while Dodik's circle is "narrowing," as Forto, Nikšić, and Konaković regularly tell us, and which will widen a bit on May 9 with his trip to Moscow, they are scattered around the world.

Only they know the epilogue of their visits to America. And we know that Dodik is still a free man. Convicted in the first instance, with the appeal process ongoing.

If Aleksandar Vučić were not in Donja Gradina today, Denis Bećirović, who declared Vučić incompetent for BiH, would not be heard either. However, Vučić also enters BiH, specifically Republika Srpska, when and how he wants. He says what he wants, threatens whom he wants. London, Washington, Brussels, and even Sarajevo, apparently. There is no international community to stop him. Because for them, he is the leader of the region. Even the High Representative in BiH goes to him for an opinion.

Dodik responded to Bećirović, stating that Bosniaks accept Christian Schmidt's interventions in the Constitution, and if things continue this way, Republika Srpska has its own path. And Dodik does not hide that path. Entity independence and annexation to Serbia.

What we are witnessing in the past two months is neither a thriller nor a horror, nor is it science fiction. Because if it were science fiction, one of Marvel's heroes would have stopped Dodik in his destructive rampage. Unfortunately, it all resembles a tragedy and a comedy because "our" superhero is a 50-year-old grandpa in the person of Ramo Isak. And that's all you need to know about the Three...
