A DAY WITHOUT LIGHT, NIGHTS WITHOUT DAWN: Nikšić raises electricity tariffs, Šteta offers a discount on beatings in the tram called Trojka!

The thesis that best describes the current government in the Federation, as an imposed structure consisting of Euro-communists, their byproduct of quasi-liberalism and refugees from the previous government, has been repeated too many times. That part of the government is imposed, so its representatives in leading positions do not feel the need to care for the citizens.

Electricity price hike – a burden on citizens' backs

That is why, among other things, electricity will become more expensive mainly for those citizens to whom the government was imposed. Or more precisely, in the territory where Bosniaks predominantly live, because the government was imposed on them. In the south of the country, people sleep peacefully; they have their own government that has their backs and provides cheaper electricity, but also a porous tax space for all sorts of things. In the northeast, in the RS, the electricity tariff remains the same.

The government under the control of foreign gendarmes decided to deepen the lower limits of poverty for the residents they "represent", thanks to Christian Schmidt. Nermin Nikšić and the budget pehlivans of the Trojka managed to squander everything their predecessors left them in just over a year of ruling. Then they squandered even what they didn't have. Thus, losses that constantly grew were created, and Nermin Nikšić showed even ten years ago that a government under his control can only survive on the backs of the people. And then our foreign minister Elmedin Konaković tells us in an interview that the problem is not that EPBiH has problematic management, but that it did not "communicate well with the public". In other words, that they did not blame the SDA and others for their botch and incompetence.

Symbol of deeper problems

And then the "experts" from the anti-people Government tell us jokes about how electricity will go up by a measly 2.50 KM. Which is a pure lie, and those who understand energy calculations quickly exposed that lie. Now we are left to wait for the realization of Konaković's proposal and the story "it's all the fault of the SDA, Fadil, these and those". The current management shows a lavish talent for squandering month after month and thus creates losses that we will all have to pay for.

The electricity price hike is just the tip of the iceberg built by the Trojka members. From the arms embargo during the aggression, the international community has not committed a greater crime against Bosniaks than creating the Trojka project.

The decision to raise the price of electricity comes at a time when many families can barely afford to pay basic bills. This measure, justified by the need to stabilize the budget and maintain the power system, leaves citizens in the dark – literally and metaphorically. Critics argue that this is yet another example of how the political elite pushes the burden of its failures onto the backs of ordinary people.

Citizens have already endured a series of price increases, from fuel to food, and now they are facing increasingly expensive electricity that is essential for their daily lives. Many are wondering where the limit is and how they will even survive the winter that is just around the corner.

Tram Trojka - New vehicles, old thuggish faces

While citizens are preoccupied with worrying about how to pay their bills, a new problem is emerging in Sarajevo – slapping and punching passengers who are hot and stuffy in the new tram. Because, what right do the people have to complain when Forto, Uk, Šteta, Magoda… and the entire clientelist retinue of Sarajevo's tricolors were riding the new trams and enjoying the ride.

Maybe a Formula 1 driver was driving then, so the air conditioning worked and it was pleasant. But yesterday we saw something else in action. In the trams that Šteta posed with multiple times, the air conditioning was not working or the driver decided not to turn it on. Or maybe there is some problem? Who knows. But the passenger, who clearly could not tolerate the stuffiness, excessively high temperature and the driver who does not turn on the air conditioning, got a "discount" on a beating during the journey.

He was not beaten by other passengers, he was not beaten by one thuggish inspector, but by several of them. In a situation where security in every inch of the city and canton under the occupation of bad Trojka policies is threatened, the question arises who will dare to ride trams in the future, especially on hot days, where there is no air conditioning, but there are thugs?!

The passenger who was beaten by inspectors yesterday at GRAS ended up undergoing examinations at the Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo. This shows that the degree of injuries is not harmless, so it is at least strange that the relevant minister Adnan Šteta did not comment on the entire case. Has the situation in GRAS culminated so that workers under stress become aggressive and what is ultimately at stake, it is up to Minister Šteta to explain.

Where is our society going?

Both Šteta and the Minister of Interior of the Sarajevo Canton Admir Katica must be aware that the situation, in case of repetition of such incidents, can escalate if citizens decide to establish order themselves.

It was nice for Šteta to take pictures with the new trams bought with our money, but he would have to explain why there is no air conditioning, i.e. whether the problem is with the driver or the vehicle. The minister chose silence, so we are left only to suspect that the problem is with both.

More and more people in this city and canton are asking the question: where is this society going? Is dawn approaching or will citizens continue to live in a constant state of darkness, without hope for a better tomorrow? The moves of the Trojka members give them the best answer, so I hope that citizens will not forget those answers on that one single day when they have the opportunity to punish the bad and choose new policies!
