Will the scammer Raspudić, who has already defrauded BiH miners, also "buy" Villa Bosanka in Gradac?

The FBiH Government has given consent to the FBiH Privatization Agency for the sale of the Villa „Bosanka“ facility in Gradac (Republic of Croatia), and the Agency's Information on the response of cantonal prosecutor's offices regarding criminal offenses committed in the privatization process and business operations of economic entities has been adopted, writes the Patria news agency.

Otherwise, Villa „Bosanka“ in Gradac, which is in the passive sub-balance of JP Željeznice Federacije BiH, with an area of 336 square meters, and with associated land, the total area is 664 square meters.

- This facility will be sold at auction, and the starting price will be determined by a construction expert – it was announced from the FBiH Government.

Otherwise, as Patria learns, the BiH Prosecutor's Office is nearing the end of the investigation into the privatization of the hotel „Sunce“, a miners' resort in Gradac, which a certain Tonči Raspudić, a businessman from Grude, leased and renovated for next to nothing. Also, in addition to this hotel, the investigation was focused on other privatizations on the Adriatic coast.

- He will not go unpunished, that is for sure. Raspudić is a terror in Gradac, so I wouldn't be surprised if he wants Villa Bosanka, which is right on the Adriatic coast – says our interlocutor.

Also, the problem of people who have been living in this Villa since the war has never been resolved, and no one knows who gave them permission to live there.

- The family still lives there. I don't think they even know about the Government's decision to sell the facility. Someone saw an excellent opportunity to make money there. The grounds of Villa Bosanka are worth a lot, as is the facility itself, which can become a tourist attraction with renovation – added our interlocutor.

As for the hotel Sunce, it is immediately apparent that something is fishy about the entire concession process, as evidenced by the data that Raspudić obtained the miners' resort for use for 30 years for only 80,000 euros.

This means that Raspudić has control over the miners' property, consisting of three large buildings and a yard with several thousand square meters of land, for just over 200 euros per month!
