BUDVA Coach arrested, suspected of inappropriately touching two minors

(Patria) - Police in Budva arrested M.G. (50) from Pljevlja, employed as a coach of a sports club from that town, on suspicion of sexually harassing two minors, the Police Administration announced.

He is suspected of committing the criminal offense of sexual harassment and illicit sexual acts in connection with the criminal offense of rape by abuse of position, which acts he committed to the detriment of two minors.

- Namely, after a series of activities undertaken by police officers of the Budva Security Department in cooperation with officers of the Pljevlja Security Department, M.G. (50) from Pljevlja, employed as a coach of a sports club from that town, was deprived of his liberty. He committed the acts he is charged with to the detriment of two minors by inappropriately touching their bodies in two different time periods while he was with the injured minors in Budva to attend a competition held in that city - the statement reads.

In this way, M.G. also abused his official position and authority, since these minors were entrusted to his care during the official trip, and they were in a relationship of dependence and subordination towards him.

He was brought, along with a criminal complaint, within the legal deadline to the competent prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor for further proceedings, reports Pobjeda.
