(Patria) - BiH Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmedin Konaković announced that a protest note was sent to Montenegro today, after the President of the Montenegrin Assembly Andrija Mandić stated that the "all-Serbian assembly" is a gathering of two states.
He announced that the same note will be sent to Serbia.
Konaković once again accused others of attacking the Dayton Peace Agreement, expressing concern about the messages of Serbian unity sent from the "all-Serbian assembly".
He stated that the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, does not respect BiH, calling him the architect of the Russian revolution in the Western Balkans.
The President of the Montenegrin Assembly, Andrija Mandić, along with a large delegation, which included MPs, mayors, and directors of public enterprises from the former Democratic Front, participated in the Greater Serbian gathering in Belgrade.
Among other things, he stated that he believes that in the future, consideration could be given to it not being a gathering of only two states.
He also emphasized that he is very happy to be able to attend the assembly on behalf of the Serbian people in Montenegro.
We remind you that this is the second protest note that BiH has sent to Montenegro since the formation of the government of Milojko Spajić.
The first was sent at the beginning of March because, during the visit of Milorad Dodik to Montenegro and his meeting with Mandić in the Assembly building, the flag of BiH was not displayed, but only the symbols of the smaller Bosnian-Herzegovinian entity, RS.
The head of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) parliamentary group, Andrija Nikolić, stated that official Montenegro continues to escalate regional relations and collect protest notes.
"The government of Milojko Spajić, out of fear for its survival, is appeasing Mandić and Knežević, so its policy increasingly resembles Vučić's," Nikolić wrote on X.
