Croatian Minister of Defence Ivan Anušić's car involved in an accident in the center of Zagreb

(Patria) - The official car carrying the Croatian Minister of Defence Ivan Anušić was involved in a traffic accident tonight around 7:00 PM at the intersection of Ilica, Selska cesta, and Sveti Duh street in Zagreb.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision, and there were injured persons in one of them.

Minister Anušić and his entourage were unharmed. There are injured persons in the other car, Croatian media report.

Tram traffic on Ilica was temporarily suspended due to the accident, and a traffic jam formed on Sveti Duh.

Anušić was scheduled to participate in a lecture organized by the Brotherhood of the Dragon "Brothers of the Croatian Dragon" titled "A Look into the Future - The Croatian Army for the Next Decade".

Due to the accident, the lecture was cancelled.
