(Patria) - Ukraine's Ambassador to Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sergey Kirilič, described on Sunday the decision of Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik to award Russian President Vladimir Putin with an order as "a terrorist awarding a terrorist," Croatian media report.
"Terrorists award terrorists. Servants award their masters. Both are driven by fear. In time, that fear will consume both the terrorist and the servant," the Ukrainian diplomat wrote on Twitter regarding Dodik's decision to award Putin with an order on the occasion of January 9th, which is celebrated as the entity day in RS, due to "developing and strengthening friendly relations between Russia and RS."
Dodik awarded Putin with the Order of RS on a ribbon, as the decoration is called, which he will personally present to him during their next meeting.
