Iran's Ambassador Baei: Informer distorted my statement on the Srebrenica genocide

(Patria) - Serbian Informer, close to Aleksandar Vučić, today published an interview stating that the Ambassador of Iran to Serbia, Rašid Hasan Pur Baei, calls the Srebrenica genocide "some crime" presented in an "incorrect way".

In a comment for Patria, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran stated that the portal "Informer" distorted the text of the interview with the TV network "Informer" about the crime and genocide in Srebrenica.

"In my interview, I did not deny the genocide, but I condemned and rejected the instrumentalization and political use of double and selective approaches to such events.

After the Embassy's protest, the mentioned portal corrected the published news and eventually apologized for distorting my words," said Baei.
