Elektroprivreda BiH in this year's loss of more than 20 million KM

(Patria) - Elektroprivreda BiH will have a loss of 21.2 million KM this year.

This is an estimate mentioned in the proposal for the Business Plan of Elektroprivreda BiH for the period 2025-2027, which the portal BiznisInfo.ba has seen.

There may be minor deviations from this amount, given that there is still some time until the end of the year.

It should be emphasized that this is a significantly smaller loss than the 327 million from last year.

Furthermore, this year's loss does not even sound dramatic, considering the alarming news about the drop in electricity exports and problems with the mines that we heard throughout the year.

Next year, a profit before tax of 1.6 million KM is planned, then 4.7 million the year after, while in 2027, the profit before tax should amount to two million marks.

The plan estimates that the company's operating revenue this year will be one billion and 213 million KM.

For next year, operating revenue of one billion and 475 million is planned, then one billion and 372, and finally one billion and 348 million KM in 2027.

Electricity production this year is estimated to be 5,478 GWh. The plan for the next three years is 6,261 GWh, then 5,777 GWh, and 5,735 GWh.

Incidentally, EP BiH plans investments of as much as 2.1 billion KM in the next three years.
