Aid workers from Switzerland today in The Hague

Two Swiss aid workers Maria and Tobias Verle who happened to be arrested and tortured for 6 months by Serb Army in Sarajevo suburbs during the war, came to The Hague to pronouncing of judgement for Radovan Karadzic, reports our journalist Sead Omeragic from The Hague.

Maria and Tobias came by car from Switzerland and, as they say, they want to see Karadzic's face when the judgement is pronounced for a longtime sentence in prison.

Today at 14:00, the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) will pronounce the judgement for the war president of Republika Srpska Radovan Karadzic indicted for 11 counts for genocide in BH municipalities in 1992, terror over civil population of Sarajevo (1992 – 1995), genocide in Srebrenica in 1995, and taking UN personnel hostage.

The judgement will be brought by the Council presided by South Korean judge O-Gon Kwon.

Numerous journalists, historians, witnesses, survived victims and families of victims have been arriving in The Hague for days now. They all came to be present when the judgement is pronounced.
