State representative (SDP BiH), Denis Becirovic, sent an open letter to Serbia's Prime Minister, Ivica Dacic, over his frequent threats to BiH as regards its undisputable right to activate the procedure of revision of the lawsuit before the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

Here's what Becirovic wrote in his letter:

Mr. Dacic:

It is the high time you stop inappropriate, ruthless and malicious campaign against Bosnia and Herzegovina. Spokesmen of Milosevic's politics and regime are the last ones on the planet who could or have right to hold anything against Bosnia and Herzegovina. You still have not established full truth about and responsibility about the criminal unit of Serbia's Ministry of Interior – 'Scorpios', which was brutally killing and recording those killings on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Likewise, you have not established responsibility of other military and police units from Serbia that were sowing death and havoc during the aggression on Bosnia and Herzegovina. You have not learned any lesson from the fact that, by the verdict of the highest court of the United Nations, you have been labelled as the only state in Europe that violated (on three levels of responsibility) the Convention on prevention and punishment of genocide. That's why I want to ask you, Mr Dacic, why do you think you have any right to meddle with internal issues of the sovereign and independent Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It is the high time you leave Bosnia and Herzegovina alone. Stop that already seen and deadly grand-Serbia politics. Quit that destructive politics for sake of citizens of Serbia, as well as citizens of other countries, who all need decades of peace after the regime of Slobodan Milosevic took them to barbaric wars and wars of aggression against their neighbors.

Mr Dacic,

The officials of Serbia were the ones who worked the most on activating the revision of the lawsuit. How so? Let me list for you, inter alia,

14 REASONS THAT YOU, OFFICIALS OF SERBIA, GAVE FOR THE REVISION OF THE LAWSUIT:

- You have not respected the wholeness of the Dayton Peace Accord and the Constitution of BiH;

- You have continuously undermined state institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

- You brazenly defied the verdict of the International Court of Justice from 2007;

- You continued with the policy of denying and defying the genocide known to the planet;

- At the Assembly of Serbia, you refused to confess the committed genocide;

- You have legalized the criminal chetnik movement that committed crimes and genocide;

- You publicly disputed and denied final and obligatory decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH;

- You openly supported and encouraged anti BH and hawkish rhetoric and acts of some politicians in the Republika Srpska;

- You did not respect the principle of sovereign equality of the UN member states;

- At the Assembly of Serbia, you adopted 'Strategy of preservation and strengthening of relations between mother country and diaspora, and mother country and the Serbs in the region' which stipulates, as in the darkest era of Slobodan Milosevic, that you can meddle with internal matters without any authorization of sovereign state Bosnia and Herzegovina;

- You defied the final arbitrary verdict of the status of Brcko District in the official acts of your assembly, which is anti-Dayton activity;

- Your pronounced halting of the Resolution on genocide in the Security Council 'the biggest foreign policy success of Serbia in 2015', by which you showed once more that you did not respect the victims of the genocide;

- You continue hiding the truth about Ratko Mladic's activities in Belgrade on 14 July 1995, whom he was reporting to and kind of instructions he was receiving in Belgrade;

- You keep hiding the archive and records of meetings of the Supreme Defense Council of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Also, transcripts of 17 sessions are missing – 9 sessions were held before and after Srebrenica genocide. Why don't you say at last who tampered with the records of those meetings?

Mr Dacic,

You have absolutely no right to contest BiH using the instruments of the international law and seeking justice and truth before the UN court. Don't waste your energy on obstruction of justice and truth. It is much better to lose your dreams of conquest and hegemonic politics. Wake up and help people in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to start breathing and start an era of peace, mutual respect and progress for all people regardless of their nation or faith.

On that road, we can all benefit from truth and justice.
