Sakib Softic, BH representative before the International Court of Justice is currently in Netherlands where he plans on filing a request for revision of the lawsuit of BiH against Serbia for genocide.

BiH delegation also includes a member of Bakir Izetbegovic's office.

Chairman of BH Presidency, Mladen Ivanic, will hold an extraordinary session of the presidency tomorrow. Regardless of the outcome of this meeting, the request for revision will be submitted. A great deal of criticism has been directed at the third presidency member, Dragan Covic, who said that the revision could not be initiated on behalf of BiH, and that both Ivanic and he broke it down to Izetbegovic.

Ivanic is in Belgrade as we speak, with Milorad Dodik, President of RS. They are attending meetings with Aleksandar Vucic, Serbia's Prime Minister and Tomislav Nikolic, President of Serbia. They will conclude the meetings with a joint stance on the position their personnel is supposed to take in the institutions, considering that a recent session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament Assembly BiH was boycotted, as well as the Council of Ministers' session with 3 ministers from Alliance for Changes absent.

The verdict of The Hague Court from 2007 said that Serbia was not responsible for the genocide but was guilty of not preventing it. The court gave the deadline of 10 years for revision.
