Dragons concede victory to Poland in stoppage time

(Patria) - The women's national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina drew with Poland today at the NS/FS BiH Training Center in Zenica with a score of 1:1, in the 4th round match of Group B1 of the UEFA Nations League.

In the first 45 minutes of play, the guests had more possession of the ball, but there were no real chances and the nets remained still.

In the second half, already in the 48th minute, Selver Hodžić's protégés created an excellent opportunity. Ena Taslidža passed down the right side and sent the ball to Gloria Slišković, who was not accurate from about ten meters.



The Dragons took the lead in the 65th minute. Andrea Grebenar perfectly played Sofija Krajšimović, who entered the opponent's penalty area from the right side and hit the opposite corner for 1:0.

Weronika Zawistowska scored in the first minute of stoppage time for the final 1:1.

Tonight at 8:00 PM, the second match of the group is scheduled between Romania and Northern Ireland.

The national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina will play their next match in the Nations League on May 30th against Romania away.
