(Patria) - The Bosnia and Herzegovina national football team continued its winning streak with a five-goal rout in San Marino, maintaining the top position in our World Cup qualifying group.
San Marino played with a man down from the 16th minute after Golinucci was sent off.
Benjamin Tahirović opened the scoring with a powerful strike in the 22nd minute, which was also the result at halftime.
The second goal came in the 71st minute when Džeko scored, and just a minute later the Dragons' captain added another to his tally.
In the 80th minute, Samed Baždar capitalized on a defensive error by San Marino and scored his first goal in the beloved jersey.
First goals for the national team were also scored by the excellent teenager Kerim Alajbegović and Nihad Mujakić, making the final score 0:6.
After four matches, Bosnia and Herzegovina sits at the top of the table with as many wins, and on Tuesday we face what is likely the biggest challenge in the group, as Austria comes to visit.
