Željezničar inflicted Borac's second seasonal defeat, Sarajevo earned a point in Široki, Posušje without problems against Zvijezda

(Patria) - The last three matches of the 33rd round of the Wwin League of Bosnia and Herzegovina have been played, marking the end of this season, writes scsport.

The following results were achieved: Željezničar – Borac 2:1, Široki Brijeg – Sarajevo 2:2, and Posušje – Zvijezda 09 2:0.

Željezničar – Borac 2:1

The current champion Borac came to play against Željezničar. At the beginning of this match, captain Sulejman Krpić presented flowers to the captain of the Banja Luka team, Aleksandar Subić, for the title, but the fans responded with whistles. After the match started, the home team, "carried by the support from the stands," aimed to score. They succeeded in the 19th minute when, assisted by Hiroš, Boljević beat Milošević with a great shot for 1:0.

The same two players created the second goal in the 30th minute. This time, Boljević scored with a header for 2:0. The team from Grbavica could defeat Borac for the second time this season, after already beating them at the start of the season. The Blues went into halftime with a comfortable lead.

In the second half, Dino Đurbuzović's team continued to attack the visitors' goal. Štilić immediately threatened with a free kick, but Milošević made a great save, tipping the ball over the bar for a corner. The goalkeeper of the current champion saved a sure goal in the continuation of this action. A period of calmer play followed.

The Blues controlled the match, while Borac tried to reduce the deficit. They succeeded in the 76th minute when Lukić made it 2:1. Although the visitors tried to equalize, they failed.

Široki Brijeg – Sarajevo 2:2

Sarajevo came to play Široki Brijeg. As is known, the team from Pecara plays its home games in Čitluk. Furthermore, Široki fielded a youthful squad against the Bordo team. The visitors from Koševo took the lead in the 3rd minute when Čataković scored for 0:1.

However, in the 18th minute, Matić equalized to 1:1, after an uncertain intervention by Rogić. In the 30th minute, a complete turnaround occurred when Mamić toyed with the defense of the team from Koševo for 2:1. In the closing moments of the first half, the visitors had several good chances but failed to score. That was the halftime score.

Although pressure from the visitors was expected at the start of the second half, it did not happen. Simon Rožman's players looked aimless on the field. There were no serious chances in Čitluk. The score did not change until the end of the match. However, it did change in the 93rd minute when Anđušić equalized with an overhead kick to make it 2:2.

Posušje – Zvijezda 09 2:0

Posušje entered the match against the last-placed Zvijezda 09 as a big favorite. The home team took the lead in the 20th minute from a penalty. In the 41st minute, Petrović scored for 2:0, which was the final score of the first 45 minutes.

Denis Ćorić's team controlled the match in the second half as well. In the 60th minute, the visitors' goalkeeper Damjanović made a good save. The home team calmly saw out the match and secured all three points.
