(Patria) - Footballers of Željezničar and Borac played an excellent match in the derby of the 21st round of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
However, the match at Grbavica ended without a winner - 1:1.
Borac's team took the lead already in the 30th second of the match. Savić went down the left side and crossed. Ogrinec was alone at the top of the penalty area, shot sloppily, but scored for the Banja Luka side's lead.
The home team equalized in the 12th minute. Dangubić dropped the ball for Krpić, who crossed, and Šošić masterfully scored for 1:1.
Midway through the first half, Šošić had two chances for another goal. In the first situation, he probably had better options, but shot wide of the goal, while in the second, he was inaccurate after a great move.
In the 38th minute, referee Tomić pointed to the penalty spot for Borac, and then signaled offside. All of this was checked by VAR, and after the lines were drawn, it turned out that Vuković was closest to Muftić.
The finish of the first half belonged to the guests.
The second half started better for the Blues. After a corner, Al Jaber shot over the goal, and attempts by Krpić and Dangubić were stopped by Manojlović.
In the 81st minute, Željo was left with a man down. Cvetanoski tried to cut off a counterattack, tackling Herrera. After the action ended, he first showed him a yellow card, and after a VAR review, he changed his decision and showed Cvetanoski a straight red card.
In the 88th minute, Muftić saved the Blues with a panther-like intervention. Hiroš crossed, Savić headed, and Željo's goalkeeper parried the ball into a corner with a spectacular save.
In the sixth minute of stoppage time, it was dangerous in front of Željo's goal. Savić eventually shot, and the ball went over the goal.
Željo remained fourth in the table with five points less than their city rival, and Borac in second place with six points less than Zrinjski.
