Željko Komšić dismisses advisor Muhamed Fazlagić due to a photograph with a fugitive judge

(Patria) - The BiH Presidency member dismissed his advisor Muhamed Fazlagić this morning.

As stated in the dismissal decision, the decision takes effect on the day it is made. The reason for the dismissal was a controversial photograph of Fazlagić, who published a joint photograph with judge Lejla Fazlagić Pašić, who has been on the run in Croatia for eight years.

According to the current indictment, former judge Lejla Fazlagić Pašić is accused of abusing her official position and making illegal judgments based on fictitious documents and false deeds.

It is stated that she thus enabled herself and close associates from the indictment to acquire targeted real estate in the Canton of Sarajevo.
