(Patria) - Work has begun on the reconstruction of Otoka Stadium, confirmed the mayor of Sarajevo's Novi Grad Municipality, Semir Efendić, on his Facebook.
Through the first phase of work, as he stated, it was agreed to replace the turf with artificial grass, as well as install lighting at the stadium.
The second phase of reconstruction plans include the renovation of changing rooms and the stands.
"After the reconstruction of the field and the installation of lighting, the capacity for using this sports facility will be multiplied to the satisfaction of numerous clubs and football schools operating in our municipality and beyond," added Efendić.
