Vučić offers to help Konaković with gathering of Bosniaks: I will help with organization and pay the costs

(Patria) - Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić commented on the announcement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, that a meeting of political representatives of Bosniaks from the entire region will be held on April 12.

According to Vučić, Bosniaks want their own political destruction in this way. He adds that he has no problem with that.

"When we announced the 'Easter Assembly' and the gathering in Belgrade and Serbia, they said it was not something that should be allowed. Very negative reactions came from Sarajevo. Now they have scheduled a gathering of Bosniaks for April 12. And I support it. I am happy that they have invited a large number of Bosniaks from Serbia as well. I have nothing against it. Let them come and tell me what else needs to be done in Serbia, which road, hospital, health center… I am ready to help,” said Vučić.

He added that he is ready to help with the organization, if the organizer wants the gathering to be held in Novi Pazar and Belgrade.

"Let the Bosniaks gather, I see nothing wrong with that. I have no fear. Perhaps their policy is a policy of frustration and complexes where they fear the gatherings of all others. I have no problem, I wish them a successful gathering. Even if we organize it and pay the costs.

Relations with Bosniaks are very important to us. Important, but not for them to give us moral lectures and for us to hide in a mouse hole. I think the key is cooperation," said Vučić.
