Council of Ministers of BiH to convene on June 3, no laws on agenda

(Patria) - The next session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been scheduled for June 3, with 47 items on the agenda.

There are no laws on the agenda, but there is a Draft Opinion on the Proposal for the Law on the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Appellate Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, submitted by the Ministry of Justice of BiH.

The Council of Ministers of BiH will decide on a Proposal for a Decision amending the Decision on determining the amount of special salary supplement for police officers in police agencies of Bosnia and Herzegovina and state employees in the State Investigation and Protection Agency who perform tasks directly related to operational-investigative work, proposed by the Ministry of Security of BiH.

Also, upon the proposal of the Indirect Taxation Authority, the agenda includes a Proposal for a Decision on amending and supplementing the Decision on salary supplement for employees in the Indirect Taxation Authority.

Ministers will also consider Information on activities undertaken to draft a Proposal for a Decision on the method of implementing the Reform and Growth Instrument and the implementation of the Reform Agenda in Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH.

The agenda also includes proposals for certain appointments, as well as information on expired mandates and institution reports for 2025.
