GREAT SUCCESS Emir Hastor took 18th place at the Rome Marathon

(Patria) - The best Bosnian-Herzegovinian marathon runner Emir Hastor took 18th place overall at the Rome Marathon, running 42.195 kilometers in 2 hours 24 minutes and 52 seconds. He took 17th place in the men's category.

After running the marathon, Hastor also posted on social media.

“Today on the streets of Rome, I wasn't just running a marathon… I was running all my ups, downs, sacrifices, doubts, and faith. There were moments when it hurt, when my legs stopped, but my heart didn't. Every step carried the reason why I started. 2:24:52 is not just a time. It's proof that dreams are not dreamt – they are built with blood,” Hastor stated.

He thanked his family, coach, and friends for their support, emphasizing that only they know what he goes through daily on the path to such results.
